Believe you can, because you will. Your mindset is as powerful as your prep at this point, and you're ready for this. Sounds cliche, I know… but it’s true.

You're not alone in this. Your crew - friends, family, classmates, all of us - have your back. If you need a boost, we're here.

Quality over quantity now. Try to mirror the exam vibe when studying. Don't sweat the clock too much or get caught up in how many hours others are putting in. It's about focus, not just time.

Play your game. Got Contracts on lock? Awesome. Need some extra reps on Wills & Trusts? That's your focus today.

Don't worry about passing rates, or rising fees, or whatever's up (down?) with Themis.

First, a big thank you for supporting hackthe.bar! It's great seeing this tool help so many of you. A special shoutout to those who’ve shared feedback and rule statement edits — keep ‘em coming, and I’ll keep fine-tuning the system and rolling out new features.

A quick word about where and how this project came to be. I’m Paul, a proud Bruin and UCLA Law graduate. It’s been a couple of years since I took the bar, but I still remember those final few weeks leading up to test day, when my classmates and I all wrestled with the same question: how were we supposed to memorize all of these rules? Flashcards weren’t cutting it, so one night I made this app to quiz myself on the most important black letter rules. It worked surprisingly well, and going into the exam, I felt relaxed and confident.

With next month’s exam coming up, I’ve revamped the project, updated the rules (thanks SCOTUS…), and shared it publicly to help all of you #hackthebar.

Stay tuned for new updates and features, including the option to make custom rules (thanks to everyone that suggested this!) and the addition of:
